Ara... who? Don't worry about the naming of this post, I just thought I'd name and shame while I'm at it.
I received an e-mail this a.m. from work's ISP, saying that from today is the last day of service they'll be providing, as they're presumably going under.
Thanks for the heads up.
Satellite broadband doesn't come cheap, so BT Business Broadband looks like a poundland sale in comparison. A quick phone call away, and this time next week we'll be connected to our new ISP.
That's all good then. Except we've got no Internet access from Monday to Friday next week, which means no e-mail, no e-learning, and more importantly - no blogging! Well, there will be, but from the comfort of my sofa instead.
A note to all ISPs out there, or those hoping to provide Internet access in the near future - give your consumers a good business week's notice. We're without Internet access for an awful long time in business terms, especially considering most businesses function primarily via online communication.
