You should demand compensation! Go see a lawyer (Christine) and get them to fight your case, as you were emotionally hurt thinking that you had peed on their carpet.
Although that not actually the first time he's done that so shouldn't come as a big suprise! Best to get some puppy training pads to put down on the floor whenever he goes out in future i would imagine!

Im taking legal action about these lies. I didnt pee on the bedroom floor as there was no wet patch or stain, i think rach just made it up tbh. Also the jury is still out about that wet patch in the living room as there is no evidence of me doing so. If i could remember i would own up but i cant remember nowt. I have offically given the gin and juice up for a while, need to focus on that body building.

I know for definate he pissed on the bedroom floor because i saw him with my very own eyes! i also had to redirect him mid flow to the bathroom where he still chose an obscure method of going to the toilet choosing to go in a bucket we had in the bathroom after cleaning the floor, when the toilet was no further than one and a half metres away from the bucket.
From this i concluded the mysterious wet patch on the living room floor two weeks ago was also connected to his toilet troubles, and he did piss on my bedroom floor at university. Adam also stated the stain was not there when we got in but only appeared when he managed to pull himself out of our bath where he had chucked up most of the nights drinks and went downstairs again to find simon partially naked on our sofa.
And as for him denying it he has little ground to stand on, he can't remember anything after it happens, I actually asked his permission to take that photo and he rang me at work today to ask when said photo was taken!

The solution seems to be to lock Simon in the bathroom once he returns from a night out in future!

or take him to the bathroom every hour like you have to take dogs out in the garden every hour when they puppies to train them up
